This website, tyindubai.com, is run by Ty (Tyler Barnes), an independent real estate broker in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
When you use the contact form, I receive the details you choose to enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), whether you're interested in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, what you're looking for, and your message. If you email me or message me on WhatsApp, I receive whatever you send that way.
The site has no user accounts, no newsletter sign-up, and no analytics or advertising cookies.
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to provide the services you ask for. I won't add you to a mailing list or sell your details to anyone.
Contact form messages are delivered to me by Formspree, a form-processing service, which may store and process them outside the UAE. Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp. If you ask for help with something like a visa or business setup, I'll only pass your details to the specialist involved with your agreement. I may also share information where the law requires it.
Like most websites, the site's hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site, and the site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
I keep your messages for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and to support any work we do together. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to me contacting you. Email me and I'll take care of it.
